As a first-class honours graduate and a current researcher of The University of Oxford, Terence has personally experienced the application process and is familiar with the strict and competitive selection criteria of top universities in the United Kingdom. Currently, Terrence specialises in guiding students with their UK university applications; he has guided many Oxbridge applicants to obtain acceptance letters of their own through careful, diligent, and hands-on consultancy and advisory upon how to best approach the application procedure.

Terence’s Oxford journey started when he received the prestigious Jardine Scholarship to pursue his Bachelor of Mathematics degree in the University of Oxford. Upon graduating his topped-up masters in Oxford, he was selected as the Hong Kong Rhodes Scholar to continue pursuing his DPhil training in Oxford, with his research focus on Stochastic Analysis, Probability Theory and Population Genetics. He now serves as a college lecturer at the university’s St. Peter’s College, organising and delivering tutorial sessions for second-year mathematicians at Oxford.
